Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980 and is an American actress and singer. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier - a nurse - and Tom Bell - a television director. She's an American singer and actress. Her family ancestry includes Polish (mother) as well as German, English, Irish, and Scottish (father). Kristen found her talent in entertainment at an early age. In 1992, she went to her first audition. She was successful and got a role in Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell's mom signed her up with an agency just before she turned 13; she was then featured in TV commercials and newspaper ads. Now, Bell also begins private acting lessons. Bell was a character who did not have a credit of Polish Wedding (1998), a film released in 1998. Bell was part of the drama and musical club of Shrine Catholic High School. She was a part of Dorothy in the high-school production that was The Wizard of Oz. After graduation Bell moved to New York City to attend the highly regarded Tisch School of the Arts and learned about musical theatre. Bell quit her college in 2001 after she landed the role of Becky to play Tom Sawyer. In the same year, she starred in Pootie Tang, but the sequence in which she played the role was removed. This meant that the credit sequence is all that exists. Bell made an appearance in Broadway in The Crucible, a revival that featured Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
